SouthEast Adventure Outfitters Reservation /Cancellation Policies

2 and 3 hour tours, half-day tours and full day tours: If SEA cancels trip, any payments will be refunded For groups of 10 or more, full payment is required 2 weeks before the trip. Reservations and a credit card # or prepayment are required for all trips. No shows and same day cancellations are charged full price. Cancellations by 2pm the day before the trip are refunded for groups under 10. For groups of 10 or more, cancellations made 72 to 24 hours before the trip are charged 50%. Within 24 hours, charged full price.

Multi-day Trips
If SEA cancels trip, any payments will be refunded. Reservations and a credit card # or prepayment are required for all trips. To reserve a space on a camping trip a $50 nonrefundable deposit is required. The deposit is returned if we cancel the trip. (bad weather or participant minimum not met) Full payment is required within 2 weeks of the trip. Cancellations made 14-7 days before the trip will be charged 50% of the trip unless your spot can be filled. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip will be charged full price unless your spot can be filled. For any cancellations (unless cancelled by SEA), the $50 deposit is forfeit. No shows will be charged full price.

For Boating Tours:
If SEA cancels trip, any payments will be refunded. Reservations and a credit card # or prepayment are required for all trips. Full payment is required upon reservation or 1 week before the trip. Cancellations made 6-1 days before the trip will be refunded 50%. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip will be charged full price. No shows will be charged full price.
